WORSHIP SERVICES

Ministry is all about communicating with people.

Great technology design and application empowers ministries to grow and impact their cities and the world.

There is seldom a greater opportunity for a church to extend their message as when they are remodeling or building and at this time they make great strides in expanding their capabilities. As technology also expands our capabilities and changes the way we communicate AGEM believes that ministries need to align themselves strategically with partners who demonstrate the same level of excellence and commitment.

With our leading edge in design/build worship technology, we have completed over 2,500 churches and worship venues worldwide, and successfully delivered innovative new construction and renovation projects. Every Sunday, an estimated 2.5 million people globally celebrate worship on our technology systems. We have worked with a number of ministries who've had a vision for the creation of a structure that delivers an ultimate place of worship. We share that vision.

TECHNOLOGY DESIGN

Worship technology including acoustic, audio, video, and lighting systems is our business and our passion.

We have developed one of the best design, build and implementation teams in the world to partner with worship teams and their partners who are growing and expanding. At AEGM one of the ways we have distinguished ourselves within the industry is by utilizing our “hands on” design method. We begin the process by completing on-site interviews with the ministers and staff before developing a design.

As we develop an AVL master plan design, it will be customized for the way the ministry functions in the present and completed with plans for future expansion. This will play a role in maintaining reasonable budgets for expansion…without starting from scratch each time you upgrade your system needs.

We are not only here during the project, but are on the church team as long as they need us. A true partner.

ACOUSTICS

The acoustical design and analysis phase will take place in conjunction with the room phase and will be incorporated into the engineering, installation, and project management phases.

These steps are are:

Analyze the room acoustics based on the provided drawings and materials specifications.

Recommendations concerning room construction material changes and layout changes to help minimize reflections, decay time, and standing waves

Design an acoustical environment to help minimize reflections, decay time, and standing waves.

Provide calculation results, rooms mapping statistics, and diagrams to support and clarify our analysis and recommendations.

Recommendation of standard best design practices for the mechanical systems to help reduce mechanical and acoustical noise generated by these systems.

ENGINEERING

Whether you’re building a new church or upfitting an existing one, our team will meet with you and your development team to create an acoustic and AVL plan from inception to the beginning of construction.

We will develop a design/build master plan with a strategic number of distinct phases in order to achieve your desired result all while maintaining necessary budget goals.

Our design and engineering department at AEGM has many years of experience in new construction and in the re-mastering of an existing structure to attain the near perfect presentation of acoustics, voice, music and video.

As a design/build group, we ensure that from rigging and weight loads, to power, conduit and HVAC, all trades involved with the project understand the communication and production technologies that will be applied to the project. Performance and mechanical acoustics are a priority for our engineering design team and engineering acoustics worship and performance environments are our specialty.

INSTALLATION

We painstakingly plan every detail when it comes to what happens during the crucial installation phase of the project.

From concept to design we follow the architectural focus of the building and the wishes of the church team when it comes to the placement and visibility of all AVL equipment. In essence, we pay strict attention to the architectural boundaries and integrity of your structure when it comes to installing your equipment.

During the installation phase, we will meet with your ministry team as well as all trades that have impact on the technology systems. This ensures they fully understand your planned ministry goals. Our main focus during AVL installation is to ensure all the contractors working on-site are on the same page.

When it comes to the “end use” of the church, as a team, we properly implement the infrastructure required to facilitate the future growth of your ministry.

EXPANSION CONSULTING

All churches in a growth mode, regardless of denomination, realize the equation for moving forward with expansion begins and ends with how well they can communicate their ministry message.

At AE Global Media, our team focuses on delivering innovative AVL ministry technology design and applications, which in turn empowers ministries to grow and impact their cities and the world.

There is seldom a greater opportunity for a church to communicate its mission and as when they are building and/or renovating. It is at this time they make great strides in expanding their capabilities. As technology expands our capabilities and changes the way we communicate, ministries need to align themselves strategically with partners who demonstrate the same level of excellence and commitment. We understand how to enhance a ministry's ability to communicate and engage their congregation with word, music and video. We will meet with your church team to evaluate your needs for growth and help develop a strategic plan for expansion that meets your ministry goals and budgets.

PRODUCT TRAINING

We develop a training program for staff to operate as well as ultimately trouble-shoot and maintain the equipment for future growth.

A technology system implementing automation can bring a high level of consistency and our training brings confidence to ensure continuity as the ministry increases.

After AEGM completes a new project or systems up-fit, a team of AEGM technicians will be present at the “first service” to demonstrate how the various systems should be operated. A meeting with our trainers after the "first service” is important to evaluate how everything progressed and review any problem areas that need to be addressed.

The AEGM team offers on-going education to keep up with the latest trends in technology and give their team a source to get answers to the questions needed to make them better at what they do.
